Ultimate Manaslu Trek rewards the adventurous trekker in the Nepali Himalayas with a supreme alpine experience and offers rich biological diversity for nature seekers. The combination of recently opened Tsum Valley, Manaslu Circuit, and Nar Phu Valley is known as Ultimate Manaslu Trek. Our Ultimate Manaslu Trek offers spectacular beauty along the border of Nepal and China, a diverse range of ecosystems, and a rich blend culture of Tibetan and Nepalese culture which puts one physically closer to Tibet than any other trek in Nepal. You will soon realize what inspired Eric Valli to create his world-famous documentary, "Honey Hunters of Nepal.”

The Ultimate Manaslu Trip is one of the best treks in Nepal - a trek of amazing ethnic and scenic variety, breathtaking views of Mt, Himalchuli, Mt. Manaslu (8,163m), Mt. Ganesh Himal, and other mountains. Besides the majestic backdrop of the snowcapped Himalayan ranges, this tranquil Himalayan valley is rich in ancient art, culture, and religion. Many residents of this valley report that they have seen or found the signs of Mehta, commonly referred to as the 'Yeti' or 'Abominable Snowman'. Gorkha is the main entrance of the Ultimate Manaslu Trek but is also possible to start from the Arughat Border of Dhading and Gorkha. The journey begins from Arughat through Nepal's middle hills, the historic Gorkha and Dhading, and then the trail goes through the Wending Budhi Gandaki River passing a huge valley of lush rice terraces with animal husbandry and thatched huts in the low elevation. Its pristine culture and traditions similar to the Tibetan are one of the main appeals of the trek in Tsum and Nar Phu Valley. Ultimate Manaslu Trek can be performed as a circle trip; taking an alternate route to the Ganesh Himal region where you will enter the Tsum Valley. After visiting the Tsum Valley, you rejoin the Manaslu Circuit Trek and cross the Larkya La Pass. We catch the Annapurna Circuit main trail in Dharapani and follow it until Koto nearby Chame, and then continue on to the un-trodden Nar-Phu Valley. Exploring a few days in Nar Phu Valley, we will get to Nawal near Manag via Kang La Pass (5,200m). Then you can either fly from Humde airport to Kathmandu or Pokhara or keep on your trek to the Thorang La Pass (5,416m) or Mesokantola Pass from Tilicho Lake and get in Mustang. Then finish your trip to Pokhara by bus or plane from Jomsom or you can come back from Ngawal to Chame and finish your trip in Beshisahar as well.

All these regions (Manaslu, Tsum, and Nar Phu) are restricted areas and require special permits to enter. This trekking is possible to do a simple Teahouse Trek (stay in lodges) or a homestay trek basic. Nepal Mother House Treks organize your trip with our highly experienced local guides and staff and match your requirements and holiday schedule. The best time is September to November and March to May. We recommend only highly qualified and adventurous people who love to test adventure travel and adopt a real rural lifestyle.
