Chola Pass Trekking is an adventure trip in the high Himalayas of Khumbu valley. It is the most popular destination for adventure seekers with a great Himalayan experience. Even with such a challenging route, numbers of trekkers are eager to fulfill their passion for pure natural beauty.

Gokyo Chola Pass Trek starts after 30 minutes dramatic scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the trail follows the Sherpa villages with beautiful scenery of the high snow-capped peaks. While climbing the familiar viewpoint of Gokyo Ri (5,360m), you have an amazing Himalayan view of over 8000m including Mt. Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and Nuptse, Amadablam, Thamserku, Tawache. During the extra day, you may visit Nagjumpa glacier and fifth Lake for a full view of Mt. Everest. Then you go Thangnak for the Cho La pass elevation of 5,420 meters. Then toward the highest spot at Kalapatthar (5,550m) for the wonderful panoramic mountains view, Icefall, glaciers, lakes, and many mountains including Mt. Everest. In the EBC you can see different shapes of Glacier Lake makes you overwhelmed and the cracking sound of glaciers makes fear love. The rare species wildlife musk dear, Panda, Snow Leopard, mountain goat “Jharal”, colorful “Pheasants” national birds of Nepal, are another attraction of the Everest Cho La Pass trek. Pine and juniper are the common forests here as well as colorful rhododendron and magnolia flowers welcome you during the spring. The monasteries can be found in most of the villages, which makes you a spiritual soul, and the flattering flags and Chorten can be seen everywhere.

The Gokyo Chola Pass Trek follows the common trail of the Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Valley Trekking. We retrace the trail from Everest Base Camp to the Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu collecting lifetime experiences. Inclusions

Exclusions

  • Personal expenses like Shopping, souvenirs or gift, and personal mountaineering gear.
  • Your meals and accommodation in Kathmandu and the entire trip.
  • If you need a Porter (between 2 People) carries max. 20-25 kg. Plus their food, accommodation, wage, insurance, and all transportation.
  • Clients' travel Insurance and evacuation (compulsory).
  • If in case, flight cancels and charter a helicopter or plane.
  • Tipping for Guide & porter.
  • Optional trips and sightseeing if extant.
  • International airfare, airport departure tax, and Visa fee.
